Preparación - Se hace un volcán con la harina, se agregan los demás ingredientes a que quede una masa homogénea.

½ pza cebolla
Jitomate en concasse
Laurel
Camarón
Chile jalapeño
8 pza aceitunas
12 pz alcaparras
Preparación
- Se sofríen todos los ingredientes, una vez elaborado se pone dentro de la empanda previamente elaborada y se fríe en aceite profundo.
