Ingredientes
¾ tza aceite
6 pz chiles anchos
4 pz chiles mulatos
4 pz chiles pasillas
¼ tza uva pasa
¼ tza almendras peladas
¼ pz plátano macho
1 pz rebanada grande pan en trozos
1 pz tortilla dorada
¼ tza ajonjolí
¼ tza pepitas
½ cda semillas anís
½ cda semillas cilantro
1 raja canela
4 pz jitomates cortados en cuatro
½ pz cebolla cortada en cuatro
1 pz tablilla chocolate
azúcar necesaria
4 pz ajo
Caldo de pollo necesario
Preparación
- Desvenar los chiles y limpiarlos; con aceite dorarlos y después ponerlos en agua a que se suavicen
- Poner en una sartén la uva pasa, almendras, plátano macho, pan, tortilla, jitomate, cebolla, pepitas y anís
- Poner chocolate a derretir y agregarle caldo de pollo hasta que quede la consistencia deseada, dejar hervir
- Agregar los chiles, deglacear y poner los demás ingredientes
- Ya espesa se licua todo y sofreírlo, colarlo
